Hi, I’m Faye, founder of Crescent & Co.

Crescent & Co was created from a deep belief that meaningful change begins with connection. I support families, professionals, and organisations through Makaton training, sleep consultancy, and motivational speaking, helping them feel confident, empowered, and understood.

With a background rooted in child development, communication, attachment, and additional needs, my work is grounded in both professional knowledge and real-life experience. I understand that every child, family, and individual is unique — there is no one-size-fits-all approach.

At Crescent & Co, my guiding principle is connection before success. Whether I’m delivering Makaton training, supporting families with sleep, or speaking to professionals, my focus is always on building trust, understanding, and compassionate support first — because lasting success grows from feeling safe, seen, and connected.

My sessions are practical, accessible, and supportive, designed to meet people where they are and move forward together with confidence. I work with parents, carers, educators, and organisations who want to create environments where communication flourishes and wellbeing is prioritised.
