Terms and Conditions
Payments, Cancellations & Rescheduling
All courses, training, consultancy services, and speaking engagements must be paid for in full at the time of booking in order to secure the booking. Bookings will not be confirmed until payment has been received.
For organisations, schools, or businesses requiring an invoice, please contact faye@crescentandco.org.uk prior to booking to arrange invoicing and payment terms. Payment must be received in line with the agreed invoice terms to confirm the booking.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
Once a booking has been confirmed, no refunds are offered for cancellations by the client.
Clients may request one reschedule only, provided that:
The request is made with reasonable notice (normally no less than 7 days before the scheduled date), and
An alternative date is available and agreed by both parties.
Any request to reschedule beyond the one permitted opportunity, or failure to attend without notice, will result in the full booking fee being forfeited.
Provider Cancellation / Force Majeure
In the unlikely event that Crescent & Co is required to cancel or reschedule a booking due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control (including but not limited to illness, severe weather, technical failure, or other force majeure events), an alternative date will be offered. If rescheduling is not possible, a full refund will be provided.
These terms do not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
